I live in Daytona Florida. The first 3 pics are the same plant. The last one pic with the yellow berries is a different plant. You don't have to identify both. I was told the first plant was edible. It also had a different kind of yellow berries but they are gone now. Earlier this month, I tasted a berry off of it and spit it out, the berry was very sweet. I might have an idea of what it is... but I want to be sure.
1.- 3. ? 4. Looks like Duranta erecta....Common names include golden dewdrop, pigeon berry, and skyflower. It is never a good idea to eat strange berries until you know if it is safe or not. Duranta erecta berries are toxic! duranta erecta - Google Search Duranta erecta - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Thank you for helping me figure out what the second plant is. The first three pictures are a different plant. That is the one I tasted, not the second one with all the little berries. If you have any ideas what the first one is, let me know. Thank you again :)
IDing plants from leaves is always hard. It might help to id 1-3 if you would add some clear close ups of the flowers and berries. Please add new pics to this existing thread rather than start a new thread.
