Plant Identification -Tropical Plants

    A friend of mine gave me her 3 tropical plants to take care of while she is away to Holland for a year, but she was not sure what they were. Plant 2 is a Banana Plant (we believe), but we would like conformation.

    1. Spider mite infested what ever it is. Looks like Jasminum sambac?
    2. Dwarf Cavendish banana Cv.
    3. Bromeliad (Guzmania?)

    Thanks! re: 1) you indicated spider mite infested, what would you recommend to get rid of the spider mites? There is nothing to see to the naked eye, such as silk webs.
    I will research how to care for the other 2, as per your feedback.
