Plant ID

    I have this plant in the garden (nice purple-pinkish flowers) but I seem to have a mental block because I can't remember what it is. My photo isn't very good but maybe someone can help me from going mad trying to figure this out. Its name always seems to be on the tip of my tongue, but it just isn't forthcoming. Help!
