Something in one of the (closely related) genera Silene, Lychnis or Saponaria. Silene armeria is a good possibility.

Michael "silene Armeria" Is Correct. Also Called "sweet William Catchfly" And "not So Pretty". I Like It Cause It Is Easy To Grow In Hard To Plant Areas. Thanks So Much For Your Help. Mailgirl
