    Appears to be a cultivar of Codiaeum variegatum pictum, Croton.

    sorry guys but that is the wrong plant .. it is not a croton it is a Dracaena godseffiana 'Florida Beauty' .. I have one of those and they r kinda diferent looking and they send off shoots up out of the dirt .. and they love the morning sun .. dont over water it ..
