Identification: Plant ID help

    I just got a new plant, but alas, I can't seem to find what it is so that I can properly care for it.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    I'm thinking that your plant might belong in the "Caudiciform/Pachycaul Trees" forum. Not to worry: our stunning and brilliant bevy of plant mavens will have this plant IDed for you in a flash.

    Yes, I think that might be close. I think the surface of the stem does look similar to that of a Jade plant.

    i'd agree with adenium. not sure about adenium horizontalis - there's not too much info about that one anywhere that i can find... ;)

    Yeah, sorry about the tilted photo. It's annoying, I know. I use google's Picasa program for organizing and viewing my photos. Picasa is smart enough to rotate photos for viewing, so I usually don't have to worry about that.

    I appreciate all the advice. The first time I saw adenium, I knew you guys were right. Thank you so much for your help!
