plant ID flourescant hot pink leaves

    Hi
    I saw this in my neighborhood and loved the crazy colour! In Toronto in September the top leaves of this plant are almost fluorescent hot pink. Clearly it is out of bloom, but I would love to know what it is. It seems worth having it in the garden just for this fall brilliance.
