Recently just bought a new home and in the back yard tangled in the bush of blackberries is this other plant that is now bearing fruit. below are some pictures of the plant, the berries, the leaves and stock. I wan to know what in the world this plant is and if it's poisonous???

The plant as a whole stands about 5 to 6 feet (very unattended since this house has been vacant for over a year or so). As you can see the berries go from tiny white flowers to green berries to dark black berries. The leaves are eye shaped and range in size. We live in the Northeast and they are just now turning into berries. The stalks are a deep red in color and turn that bright pink red once the berries form. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated!

Yeah that looks like that is it! Thanks! Definitely will be removed as so the cats don't accidently nibble the bush.
