    Any idea what this plant is?

    Looks like Mugwort, Artemisia vulgaris, or possibly another type of Artemisia. Mugwort leavves are whitish and hairy on the undersides and emit a sage-like odor when crushed.

    Certainly an Artemisia, not sure which species but it doesn't look like A. vulgaris.
