Identification: Plant growing on rocky soil, central Vancouver Island

    I agree with Aspidosis densa; I found it several years ago growing in full sun among dry. hot rocks here in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island; quite amazing. It's a beautiful, compact little fern.
