Plant/Grass Identification.

I need to know exactly what this plant/grass is. The photo attached is of poor quality however, the leaves are about 1/4 to 1/2 inches wide, & limber. I'd say the plant/grass is about 6-8 feet tall, grows in a single cluster on the regular grass, and the flower heads are whispy, tan/pale brown in color. I'd appreciate any help possible.

 

Looks like Pampas Grass, Cortaderia selloana, or a close relative.
