Plant from Spain

    Dear gurus, please help.
    Pictures were taken in Spain, it was said that this plant is quite common in city parks, medium size bush. A person who took the photos wrote that all these plants were without leaves, just flowers.

    Thanks for the idea!, I asked on Infojardin (well, you've seen my post there) and we have the answer -- the mistery is Wigandia urens.
