Wildflowers: Plant from Peruvian Andes

    Hello,

    could you please help me identify this plant? The photo was taken in the Andes of Peru, at the altitude of 17000 feet. I tried to search for guidebooks on flora in Peru, but it seems there are not any. There should be 2 pictures one is the detail and the other shows the plant in a full beauty. :)

    I did further research and think that this may be Werneria Dactylophylla Nassauvia

    am I right?

    Yes they are very nice, living in the rugged slopes of the Andes and yet unique with flowers. Thank you for the confirmation
