Identification: Plant Found in Oregon

    Please help identify this plant it was in the forest in the Tillamook burn. It is about 3 ft tall and ends with the tassle you see. The leaves are as you see from bottom to top. They is one tassle per stem. Very aromatic like a lilac but a lot stronger.
