Plant for Identification

    Brantford,Ontario, Canada
    The bush is in a shaded area of fairly tall trees.This plant had no defects due to insects.,There was another in a open space, which had much insect damage, but I did not see any insects. The bush attracts attention due to the different flower structure. This is the first year that I have seen it. Would appreciate a name due to curiosity. Location Brantford, ON.

    Did notice the leaves, but thought that maybe this was a variety in which leaves were a different shape than the norm. (Oak-leaf hydrangea, e.g.)
