I am not sure where to place this as most forums here seem to be stopped. I hope this is ok to post here.

I am planning a 9 day 8 night trip to Sabah, Borneo. Mostly to try and photograph animals and plants. One thing very very high on my lsit is to find many different kinds of Durian species, not farmed ones but wild ones. Highest up on that list is the red fleshed species, D. graveolens.

We will be starting in Kotu Kinabalu of course, and heading out to Sandakan and Turtle Islands. Other than that we are still planning routes that might best suite our needs for finding Wild fruit species.

Does anyone know where some areas that would be good "hunting grounds" for finding these. I just bought a new dslr for this trip and it is itching to "Shoot" these wonderful tropical fruit!

    Thanks for any input :)
