plam not looking so good

    Can someone help me id this plam and what can i do to save it or is it too late

    All you can do is wait to see if it recovers. It could take until September before new green growth appears. You will have to be patient.
    These palms are not hardy here in the PNW.

    should I cut the dead leaves off.

    If they are brown all the way to the trunk then yes cut them off.

    Mexican Fan Palm, and it looks to be too late for that poor fellow.
