This rugged beauty lends a bit of natural green to a dismal corner in my neighborhood. Is this a P.Thunbergii cult?

Ditto to Japanese Black Pine Pinus thunbergii. Whether a cultivar or not, impossible to tell here.

Thanks for replies. I thought maybe a cult because of tight growth and smallish candles. I wasn't sure about it being Thunbergii because the needles on main stem look perfect and they must be a few seasons old.
