Cripp's pink, aka Pink Lady apple
    Cox's Orange Pippen apple

Can these be grown successfully in the northern USA? I am in zone 6a-6b, near Philadelphia, with first and last frost dates of Apr 14-Oct 28 (196 days) . I read that pink lady needs a 200day season and I couldn't find anything on orange pippen except that is hard to grow. Orange Pippen is native to UK, which is mostly zone 8.

It's spelled "Pippin", if that makes any difference. Pippins are apples that are found growing on their own. You may be in for a struggle trying to grow either of these there. Probably better to plant kinds recommended specifically for your region.
