First one appears to be Yucca elephantipes. Second one (a plam) is difficult to ID with the vine growing and covering so much of it. Third pic could very well be an Acacia species. Somewhat blurry photo. Cheers, LPN.
The very long petiole of the palm frond suggests perhaps Howea belmoreana. The third one is very blurry but the tree appears to have quite large bipinnate leaves. Possibilities that come to mind are Delonix regia and Jacaranda mimosifolia.
"Legume" tree on the right may be Jacaranda. (not a legume) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Jacarandatree.jpg HTH Chris
