    I think this is a Photinia in VanDusen Garden? and another one near Golf club in West end

    P. glabra produces a broader leaf relative to its length. P. serratifolia produces a much larger, doubly toothed leaf on a larger, more robust plant. P. X fraseri is intermediate between these two (and being decimated by leaf diseases at this time).

    Now I have another question, please! And how we see difference with cotoneasters, some of them look quite the same like this narrow leaf photinia.
