Philodendrom Pod

    My son gave me a pod from a split leaf philodendrom. First time I ever saw one; it is split open with a weird shaped hard center. He gave it to me and said grow it?? Now what do I do? ruthann1

    Philodendron seeds germinate fairly quickly if planted just as soon as they mature, BEFORE they dry out. Philodendrons normally are propagated from stem cuttings as they root easily. - Millet

    Sounds like you might have a Monstera Deliciosa, to me. Do you have a picture?
