I have three phals and they have many many roots (I quess that's what they are, as I'm new caring for orchids.) hanging over of the pots, about 5-6 inches long. The leaves are about three inches above the soil. Some roots are white and some are pale green. I don't have a clue what to do. Right now they are blooming. Help please.

Don't do anything. Sounds like your growing techniques are working. Continue to give the plants a good environment with substantial humidity as you seem to be doing-the greenish roots
indicate this. When the plants are all done flowering then you may want to repot. Check the net for sites on caring for phalaenopsis.
