pesky tree

    I have a tree that has recently popped up. It grows at an astounding rate, is very hard to get rid of. Normally I don't mind a few extra trees in the the yard for shade especially with the heat wave,but this tree has rooted it self close to my house and is now starting to break through the foundation and is causing pluming issues. any guesses as to what the name of this tree could be?
