Would appreciate any assistance in identifying persistan growing in raised beds and yard. Stems appear to be almost woody and spread by runners!? Thanks.

Looks like Prunus (cherry) of some kind. Is it possible to photograph a single leaf, including its petiole (leaf stem) and attachment to the stem?

After a closer look at stem and leaves: They are Plum root suckers. Thanks.
