Perhaps a Black Walnut?

    I have several of these growing in my landscaping. Here's one I pulled up. There are a few others still growing. I would like to transplant, if possible, but they have pretty deep tap roots.

    Poor Ash. Read up on EAB if you are tempted to keep it.

    I love ash but are relegating them to tree lines in my lanscape.

    Yes, I've read of the horrors of EAB. Southern Indiana is getting infiltrated now, it seems. :(
