I'm totally clueless what this may be. It is not invasive. Is about 18-24" high and 24-30" spread and has formed a nice large clump. Blooms early June in northern IL. Any ideas would be appreciated. Guess it must be in the right location since it's doing so well, but would love to know just what it is.

Wow! Thanks! Never would have guessed a clover! Most clovers I try to irradicate before they take over everything. Surprised how these two plants have remained just a nice clump for 5 years, but I actually really like them. They stay nice and green all season long and I think the flowers are understated but pretty. They must have a been a couple of those end-of-year unmarked too-good-to-pass-up bargains since I doubt I would have intentionally planted clover so perfectly centered! Cool! Thanks again.
