perennial sweet peas

    I have some perennial sweet peas which have taken over one side of my garden. Can the plants be divided? I traced the stems back to a very large and dense root but could not separate any of the stems from the root.

    Lathyrus latifolius. Try searching botanical name with "propagation" or "division" after it in the string.
