I need help id'ing two perennial plants in m garden. I can't get any pics now.(having camera trouble) If anyone can make a guess so that I can look up some pics and see if it is what I have I would be very thankful.

The first plant is tall. Maybe 2-3 ft. Leaves go all the way up the stem and I have green plants and varigated ones too. They have yellow flowers in the leaf axises just about all the way up the plant. The flowers have 3 or 4 petals(not sure right now and it is raining so I can't check now) and are bell shaped, they do not drupe down. I have it growing in full sun.

The other plant is varigated, I have some that are small, maybe 4inches tall and others that are 18-24 inches. The leaves are maple leaf shaped, very small white flowers in large clusters(reminds me of yarrow or queen ann's lace flowers) The flowers are on stalkes about 6-8 inches above the leaves. The plants are hard to pull out of the ground, the roots are deep. It also pops up everywhere and anywhere.(even the middle of the yard)This plant is in full sun to shade and does well everywhere.

I am in Langhorne PA(near Philly, zone 6 I belive) USA. I have looked through at least 20 different books and have not been able to find anything that looks even close.

    Thanks,

    Anna

    LOL, you're just wise!
Well, you guys are good. I think I can ask "I have a plant, it's green and about a foot tall" and you'd tell me what it is:-)

Thanks so much for sharing your expertise.
    Take care,
    Frank

If knowledge of plants is likened to climbing a ladder, I think I may have reached rung 2. Saltcedar and so many others that contribute to these forums are on the extension.
The more I learn the more I realise how little I know!
Thank you both for your kind posts
