peony diseases

    can you compost peony with a disease and put it in vegetable garden

    No I would not. Chances are probably good you might want to use that compost in topdressing or replanting your peonies in the future, or perhaps around young vege seedlings in the garden. However, if you were an aggressive composter who does everything right (I'm not!) including turning your piles to get high internal temps, then it's likely to kill off the disease and I might not worry about leaves from one or two plants.
