Peepal tree

    Hi,
    Anybody please tell what is the initial time taken by a peepal tree to grow its full length.

    Hi, there are too many variable factors to be sure, like how much light it gets, how much water, soil, genetics, etc., but as it's a fairly good grower, probably 5 to 10 years, possibly 15, though it may still continue to grow much more slowly afterward as no tree actually stops growing at any time, though the growth would more likely show up as thickening, rather than height, after a certain time.

    I suspect growth to 30m with a girth of 3m ([WIKI]sacred fig[/WIKI]) will take more than a couple decades, but I could be wrong, considering its tropical nature.
