Pear tree problem

does this look like a tree borer infestation ?next to the cracks were some small bags that look like saw dust,and a white substance is coming out i can't find any holes

 

You might want to look up cherry bark tortrix in case that fits.

 

i found a hole and decided to spray with insecticide and some 2-3 mm white worms came out,next to the whole i could see saw dust building up but after the operation it stopped so great succes
