We live in western Alberta. Was given a blue passion flower vine in the spring growing in a 7" pot. We had a trellis for it, growing in a big bay window facing east. Fertilizing instructions came with it, also that it would need repotting to a larger pot in late August, which we did even though it still had a few buds to open which they did, but no new buds appeared. Now some leaves are turning yellow but the veins remain green. The info we downloaded stated that it will rest through the winter and then needs to be pruned in early spring. Some of the stems are 4 - 5 feet long but are not growing. Do we reduce watering and discontinue fertilizing? Allan
