papaya......help

    got amazing red papaya seeds,most of them came out and after transplanting them from the pot,day by day they started dying,about 10 survived from 60,new leafs started coming . i spread them all over so i can see where is the best place for them. in the last 2 days the ones who survived also started curling and dying .......please help i feel helpless :{
    its around 38C AND WITH 40-70% MOIST
    the soil is always moist

    Shade! Young papayas are not at all equipped to deal with your temperatures in full sun. I'd bring your two crispy survivors into the house (and the A/C) and allow them to grow slowly and comfortably until they're a bit more robust.

    You'll also want to let the soil dry out between waterings - young papayas are very prone to fungal infections, and allowing a dry period (which also mimics the rain cycle in their native habitats) will help to prevent fungal problems from developing.
