    Hello to all.
Two weeks ago i acquired a Pandorea Jasminoides, the vine was in perfect conditions.
Less than a week later when i planted it in a Terra Cota container the plant started to get this spots on the leaves and in some branches also:

The Vine is in a very bright north facing balcony and only gets about 30 minutes of sunlight, the soil is a mix of this two :

Is this a fungus? What should i do?

    Thank You.
