Hi, can someone provide me with some guidance on how and when to prune my pampus grass. I live in the Delta region of California. My pampus is about one year old and has some dry grass but in general is in good health. I do not want to distress the plant. Oh.... if you also known what I should feed it that would be great! :)

You also might want to check whether you really should have it, as well. If they've banned running bamboo, I can't imagine that they'd be fond of Pampas grass...
