Hello, Here I am on the Gulf Islands with one old and two young pampas grass plants. None of them bloom, while all over the island I see large, waving heads on pampas grass. What am I doing or not doing? Mine are in rather normal, well-nourished soil, probably on the acid side. They get about four or five hours of sun a day. Maybe that's not enough. I don't water them too much in summer. Could that be it? Wondering . . . .
