Many, many times. Much depends on the genus and species you have.

They can be fairly slow to germinate - I put a date stone in a pot; the first root appeared in about a month, then the first leaf after about 2-2½ months.

That's quite a list. I grow mainly the palms that fall into the "hardy or reasonably hardy" catagory. The only one on your list I've grown is Phoenix canariensis and like all Phoenix species, germinates readily without too much fuss.
A little internet searching and you should find some help. If you register on the IPS (International Palm Society) forum, there's plenty of members there who can help.

    Cheers, LPN.

ive had rupicola seeds germinating for 4 months now . allt h einformation ive seen, even on rarepalmseeds.com say a month. All of them are indoors strictsly, except for the summer, which is hot an humid here , but the winter gets sometimes -40 with windchill, so outside is out of the question.

I find that taking your seeds and soaking them for about three days is the key. Making sure that you are changing the water everyday. This makes the germination process much quicker I have some washingtonia robusta and fifleria that I soaked for 24 hours and planted them in an organic mix and in about 24 hours they sprouted everywhere. I also soaked some in superthrieve. Those are much bigger and more healthy looking. Hope this helps
