Palm Tree Identification

    Can anyone tell me what type of Palm tree is these? Also the tips of the fronds are slightly brown and are spikey

    Phoenix canariensis I believe.

    Thanks Chris, from what i read i think i am going to remove it from my front lawn, I live in Georgia one mile from South Carolina and i think this Palm don't like to much the cold weather...well neither do I.
