Can someone help me identify this palm tree in North Texas (Dallas area)? I think it is some kind of fan palm?

The Fan Palm (Far right) looks like Trachycarpus fortunei (Chusan Palm, Windmill Palm)
the Pinnate Palm (center) is a Pindo Palm (Butia capitata).
