Palm Tree Identification

    Could you help me identify the Palm Tree in the attachment. It is in my yard. It has several berry clusters, some of which have ripened and small delicious. I will append a second post with a pic of berries.

    Attached is a picture of the fruit on the unknown Palm. Is it edible? Will the seeds inside grow into a Palm tree?

    Yes they are edible if a bit fibrous.
    They'll sprout reluctantly (weeks or months) and slooooowly
    produce another Pindo Palm (Butia Sp.).
