ove the past year i have purchased many typed of palms eeds to add to my indoor " garden " if you wnat to call it that. to my displease over 90% of the seeds did not sprout.. to may amaze ment the company sent me replacements here is the list

    Caryota maxima Himalaya
    Caryota mitis
    Dypsis albofarinosa
    Dypsis lutescens
    Ravenala madagascariensis
    Phoenix sylvestris

i placed them all in pots with a 50% peat and 50% mix of perlite/vermiculite
they are now aroudn 1 foot from the front on my furnace duct because the winters ehre are cold and the windowsills can get really cold when theres no sun.

i soaked them all in "cape seed primer" for 24 hours. please tell me if i am doing anything wrong and if am how i can fix these problems.
