Hello I would like to know if someone can please help me identify this palm,and if I can get some suggestions to weather or not it is still alive. I purchased a new home about a year ago and the palm tree looks the same as when I first seen it. Also can some one Identify it ..........thanks the tree has a hint of light green in the center frond on top, but the frond has not grown in about a year thanks
