Hi All any ideas on this palm, I took this shot on Cancun and have some seeds that germinated. I hope my cliamte can support it.

    Thanks,
    Dave

Dave ... If I was a betting man, my money would be on the genus Licuala.
Which exact species is difficult to say ... L. grandis perhaps?

    Cheers, LPN.

Thanks guys, after looking at the Licuala Grandis I would have to agree. According the what I have read there is a slim possibility I can grow one outside in my area zone 10. My property get down to the mid 30's on rare occasions but if I keep it in a canopy and I keep my fingers crossed.. We will see.
    Thanks again

    Dave
