Pacific Northwest Gardening Show...bringing plant material home??

I have always wanted to attend the PNW Garden Show, not least because there is a vast selection of lily bulbs there from Oregon growers (where the bulbs reach several pounds...).

However, how do you deal with bringing the plants and plant material back across the border? Do they have a booth for issuing phytosanitary tickets at the show, and if so, what is that process like?
