Hi, we have an oxalis in a pot on our balcony, it has finished flowering and the leaves are dying off for winter. I intend to put the pot in the cellar over winter to protect it from frost, but should I allow the soil to dry out, or should it be kept damp? Also, the rhizome is peeking out the top of the soil - should I add an extra layer of soil to cover it, or leave it as it is? Any advice would be very welcome!
The answers appears to be "stop watering" and "Replant just under soil surface". Articles you may find useful: Shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day Fact Sheet on Shamrock, Four-leaf Clover, Oxalis
