Wife (and I) wants to know what this plant is called in the courtyard ... it's already hot and humid in late May. Time for another insufferable summer!
Looks like a double-flowering selection of Philadelphus, perhaps Philadelphus 'Virginal' (perhaps not, but you can read about that one to compare)
