I recently purchased tea which had osmanthus flowers in it. It was a lovely tea. I did some research and found out that Osmanthus fragrans is the variety that is used for tea. I have an Osmanthus burkwoodii. Do you know if the flowers from Osmanthus burkwoodii can be used in tea as well?

CORNUCOPIA II* mentions only Osmanthus americanus and O. fragrans being used.

Well then, I guess I'll just have to get one of those too!
