Orchids- new shoots?

Update- my orchid is very happy in its new pot and new medium! BOTH leaves that started wrinkling are back to normal now, so I'm actually going to have 5 leaves at once! First time ever! :oD

I'm also trying to nurse my mom's Phal back to health. After the flowers fell off, it was neglected behind a chair for a couple of months and was only watered a few times. So the two bottom leaves fell off. When I repotted my own Phal, I took over the care of my mom's Phal also, but since then one of the two remaining leaves is turning yellow and drying out. I think I'm going to buy a new pot for it and re-pot it. It's in moss in a clay pot right now with just one hole in the bottom.
