I have acquired a sealed container that has orchid seedlings growing in nutrient agar in it.
I know this is the commercial method of orchid propagation nowadays but I cannot find any information on when to remove the plants from the container and detail of what to pot them into or anything else on their aftercare.
Can anyone give me the benefit of their experience with this method of propagation?
The plants are now about 2", (50mm) high and seem very healthy.
